The lamp needs each 1 x E14 / E15 Edison screw fit bulb, is wired, in working condition and runs both on 110 / 230 volt.
Our lamps are checked, cleaned and are suitable for use in the USA. For usage in US you would only have to change the plug or get a holiday converter if needed.
