Vintage Mid Century English Silverplated Toast Rack

A classic six slice English silverplated Toast Rack from the Mid 20th Century. “Made in England” inscribed on the underside of each arch. This stylish three lobe arched rack with handle sits on a rectangular base with four ball feet. English toast racks were traditionally used to serve & keep toast from becoming soggy. Today they are also used for displaying drink coasters, letters and business cards. The simple and clean lines of this lovely English Toast Rack will add elegance however or wherever it is used.
