This duck ice bucket was designed by Mauro Manetti circa 1960.
The original and first productions, like this one, had the inside made of metal and the outside of silvered cast aluminum which is silver plated.
Mark on one side of the tail “M/M ITALY”.

Original shape and is so useful for ice cubes and even ice cream or sorbet.

A really stylish retro / vintage cocktail shaker with the body and the lid to the top having a brushed / bark decoration, a lovely combination together with the mirror finish silver plate.

The underside is marked for the silversmith, Lutz and Weiss of Pforzheim.

Excellent condition, minor usage wear to the interior. Measures: 3 7/8″ in diameter x 8 3/4″ tall.

Lino Sabattini for Christofle Gallia, Cocktail Jug, c.1960

A fabulous modernist silver plated bar or cocktail jug; about as stylish as they get. Made even more interesting as this example was used during the 1963 Canada Cup at the grand private gold club of Western Paris, Golf de Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche.

The year of 1963 was when the World Championship was held at this stylish French club, at the time known as the Canada cup and that year was won by The American team of Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.

Style and interest, what could be better to adorn the most stylish of bars. Fully marked on the underside for the famous Parisian silversmith, orfevrerie christofle for it’s Gallia range and designed by Lion Sabattini.

Excellent condition having just returned from our silversmith’s workshop where it has been professionally cleaned and polished, restoring it to it’s former glory. Spanning approximately 7″ to include the handle x 4″ x 8″ tall.

A magnificent and stylish 1960’s cocktail shaker in silver plate by the world renowned Italian designer, Lino Sabattini when he launched ‘Argenteria Sabattini’ in the 1960s, where he created beautiful silver shapes of ‘exquisite simplicity’.

Fully signed “Sabattini Italy” on the underside.

Just having returned from our silversmith’s workshop where it has been professionally cleaned and polished, it has been restored to it’s former glory.

Excellent condition measuring 4″ x 4 1/2″ (including pouring lip) x 7 1/2″ tall.

A fabulous vintage French silver plated bottle opener created c.1960’s for the “Cordage” range, a range of exceptional items for the home and office.

Stamped Hermes, Paris and Made in France either side of the maker’s mark for Maison Ravinet d’Enfert of Paris, the silversmith’s that created all of the silver lines for the iconic Hermes brand.

About as luxurious as they get. Excellent condition measuring 5 1/2″ x 2 1/8″ x 3/4″.
