Amalie Skov Rahbæk is an upcoming and talented designer born in Denmark. In 2015, she completed her Bachelor in Design at VIA Design and Business school in Denmark and Today, she runs her own studio named Design by Skov.
In her design process, Amalie Rahbæk is very meticulous and reflecting. With the aim of carrying on the Scandinavian design traditions, she creates simple yet functional designs with different purposes. The soft shapes and combination of distinctive materials characterise her designs.
Amalie skov Rahbæk presented the Wallie shelf for the first time at the Greenhouse exhibition at the Stockholm Furniture Fair in February 2016 as part of the VIA University College exhibition. Her focus was to create a visually strong and simple design that both could stand-alone and easily be combined with other designs.

WOUD
The founders, Mia and Torben Koed, decided to put their 30 years of experience into a new project. It was time for a change and a new challenge. The challenge was to build an ambitious design brand from the ground up with high-quality materials and great attention to the little details. With a drive to create new originals, the WOUD collection is founded upon the idea to look ahead instead of looking back and share the love for honest design. Therefore, we are eager to discover and develop new ideas whether it being in form, function or choice of material.
