Composed of three iron bars that intersect at a point held by steel covered in red.
Each of the bars ends in a luminaire with its respective colorful conical screen with plastic stringing.

Sculptural floor lamp, model slack i, designed by the dutch architect and designer mart van schijndel in 1979.
the slack i was produced in his own workshop martech in limited edition and handmade.
this particular lamp is acquired from a former worker at martech and was made in 1989 (production paper still there).
this impressive lamp is made of off-white lacquered sheel metal and it uses a hqi gass discharge lamp (kind of halogene) at the top. This uplighter gives a very soft diffused light. Thanks to the open structure of the light, the spot also throws some subtle light downwards, to accentuate the magnificant shapes of the sculptural body. The starter of the lamp is at the bottom inside.
when turning on the lamp it takes some time (a few minutes) to get to its capacity.
the lamp is in very good original condition. Just little lacquer damage around the edges, as visible in the last picture. A new osram hqi-ts lamp in warm white is included. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,

Red floor lamp Toio by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos, 1970s Floor lamp mod. Toio with indirect light diffuser. The structure is made up of a rectangular base in red painted metal with a glossy finish and a hexagonal section metal stem, which supports the electric cable and can be adjusted in height. Produced by Flos in 1970s and designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962. Good condition, with signs of aging and scattered oxidation. The electrical system is original, it has not been modified. Wonderfold old antique Circa 1900 ornate brass and gold metal four light torchiere standing floor lamp. Large white milk glass shade in middle and three bronze candelabra arms surround it. All four lights are in very good working condition. The middle light bulb is the larger antique size and the three sides take regular light bulbs. The bottom has an ornate design in brass/bronze. Made in the USA – Circa 1900. Overall very nice antique condition.
