19thc Original reverse painted game board behind glass in original old surface frame.This red and black checker board is painted on the glass with a very folky decorative wide outer border of stars and moons and what looks like a sun in the middle of each side. Fantastic use of paint decoration.The condition is mint and is wired for hanging on the wall. Was found in New England .
