Antique French Cast Iron Fruit Press from Alexanderwerk, 1940s

Traditional German made by ‘Alexanderwerk’.
established by Alexander v.d. Nahmer back in 1885

– with an juice container and its original strainer.
– Each leg would have been bolted to a table to keep the press
steady as you turn the handle.
– a German press like this makes an interesting (industrial )
kitchen or wine room decoration, or to use it to make your
fruit juice, jam etc.
– To be opened with special “pivot system”
