Handpainted Satyr vase richly decorated with floral and birds motif in original Delft blue colour. The enlarged upper rim of this large vase consists of four satyr heads besides the leaf relief and thus is called a satyr vase. The model was produced during the twentieth century, but the shape and decoration are a mix of influences from the traditional Delft earthenware from previous centuries. This large vase stand out on each cabinet / table or cubboard. The vase comes with a certificate of authenticity.
