Heis floor lamp by Mason Editions. Dimensions: 32 x 32 x 190 cm Materials: Brown glass and metal. The IDEA behind Heis derives from quantum mechanics, and in particular, from Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle. The concept of Heis, a proposal that is composed of pure and rigorous forms, an iron tubular frame, a glass sphere in opal glass containing light, and metal disks, recalls the statement that establishes the limits of knowledge and measurement of a physical system. All our lamps can be wired according to each country. If sold to the USA it will be wired for the USA for instance.
