Vintage Design
This striking floor lamp was produced in Sweden in the late 1950s. The design consists of a circular base in solid teak wood with three carved, disc shaped circles. The central stem is again in solid teak wood and has a rounded, organic handle shape placed in the middle. The dark grain of the teak wood offers a nice contrast with the ivory color of the shade. The cylinder shaped shade has been renewed in a linen textured fabric. The size of the lamp allows it to function as a floor lamp or as a substantial table lamp, placed for example on a low table. The wood is in very good original condition. New light fitting and new wiring, currently with a 220V European plug. The fitting uses a regular or LED E26/E27 bulb.
