Large assortment of German puppet style wooden figures, hand-carved and paint decorated, and mounted to bottle cork stoppers. Most feature fascinating tipping movements as well as articulated mouth movements and arm movements. Comes with two Lucite Display Stands each measuring (14″ h x 7″ d x 24″ w). Outstanding quality and detailed workmanship.

Early 20th century Art Nouveau cast iron set with a folding table and four matching chairs. Each chair has been covered with dark green textured fabric over wood bases that is original to the set. The tabletop covering was refurbished in the 1970s with a green textured vinyl. The table has a sliding latch to lock the legs while open; the chairs have snap-in metal latches to lock the seat. There is expected age and use wear. Table measures 29.5″W x 29.5″D x 27.5″H. Each chair measures 15.5″W x 14.25″D x 32.25″H. Seat, 17″H, 13.4″D. Attributed to Italian and American manufacturers, but actual producer is unknown, as pieces are unmarked.

Known as the “Val-O-Seat,” this valet stand/chair was created by the Pearl-Wick Co., and is nearly identical to the one that was used for the set design of Betty & Don Draper’s bedroom on the TV series Madmen. The sleek modernist style of the valet is accented with the golden tones of the brass-finished hardware including the jacket bar and show rack, along with dark wood accents, a brown cufflink tray at the crown and the button-accented brown seat. Truly as functional as it is eye-catching!

1910’s bronze bookends by Armor Bronze featuring a seated reading monk .
These bookends are in red and bronze with white book pages.
The company we know as Armor Bronze started as The National Metalizing Company. While some folks seem to think that the company was in business as far back as 1880, our research leads us to believe 1910 is closer to the actual founding date. Bronze was then electro formed onto the plaster mold. This was extremely innovative in the 1920’s. Unfortunately, it was also very costly for labor and materials. Some bookends could take as long as three days to be completed. They created some of the most detailed and sought after bookends we have today.
They are in good antique condition- normal wear sign due to age on the finish- both has some loss to it’s surface color which is very normal compare to their age.
Measurement: 7.5” H x 4” W x 4” D / each.
It’s very heavy, more than 7 pound the pair.

This magnificent vase has classic Mid Century style with an impressive petal like base stretching its way to the top, with a lovely blue color. We believe this piece may have been made by L.E. Smith Glass due to the design, however please note there is no makers mark or stamp.
