Water Element is a work in bronze and aluminum by Czech sculptor Ondřej Oliva. It is both an outdoor sculpture and a large garden water basin. The water is static. A drain plug situated in the center of the basin allows easy emptying of the water.<\/p>\n

The sculpted details, in bronze and aluminum, use a rich symbolic language and narrative composed of natural motifs: the thick bark covering the trunk, the young branches, and the leaves evoke the cyclical nature of life. The bronze apples represent the fruits of our labors. Lastly, the scallop shells, symbols of the pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, the way of Saint James, represent our journey in this world and beyond. The four cardinal points are indicated by four sculpted bronze plates.<\/p>\n

Water Element has been designed to withstand all environmental conditions. We recommend setting the fountain on a concrete base and anchoring it to the ground by mounting it on a rod, also in concrete.<\/p>\n

This work is available to order and will be crafted using the same design as the one shown in the photos. The creation process ensures that each piece is unique. The production time is approximately five months. For all customized requests (such as dimensions), please contact us.<\/span><\/p>\n
